It's such a comfort to have someone behind you who cares about your health and has the resources and coverage benefits to make a difference. That's UPMC for You. Our number-one goal: to help you live your healthiest life possible.
As part of your benefits, UPMC for You helps you find a primary care provider (PCP) who can get to know you and your health concerns. UPMC for You can help provide you with medical, maternity, vision, and dental care as well as no-cost or low-cost prescription drugs when you get sick. We handle that all - and much more - so you can live your life with less worry.
UPMC for You can also help you make important lifestyle changes. A health coach can help you lose weight, reduce stress, eat healthier, get more active, or quit tobacco. Ask your doctor to suggest the right program for you.
