Connect with resources to help you live healthier

We are here to improve your quality of life.

Living a healthy life depends on many things. Based on where you live, you might not have access to things that can help you live a healthy life.

  • Some areas do not have safe housing or transportation.
  • If you do not live near a healthy grocery store, it can be hard to eat well.
  • Some communities do not have safe places to exercise and play.
  • Some areas do not offer good schools (education) for children. They also might not offer job training centers for adults. This could make it harder to get a job and be financially stable.
  • It might be hard to find a job in certain areas.
  • Some areas have unhealthy air and water.

We’re here to help you
